SILENT AUCTION
The PAWfest Silent Auction is held in the pavilion located down by the lake at the end of the walkway directly behind the restrooms. Visit the pavilion anytime during the hours listed below to place your bid(s) on exciting items, including gift baskets, gift certificates, collectibles, jewelry, sports memorabilia, and much much more.
10:00 am to 11:00 am - Donation drop-off
11:00 am - Bidding opens
3:00 pm - Bidding closes
3:15 pm - Checkout
Bidding ends at precisely 3:00 pm. All bidders will be asked to exit the pavilion at 3:00 pm while our volunteers close out the bidding sheets. Guests will be invited to re-enter the pavilion in groups beginning at 3:15 pm ito collect WON items and check out at the front of the pavillion. Payments accepted include personal checks, VISA or Mastercard credit cards (no American Express), and, of course, cash.
Bid winners must be present at close of auction. If winner is not present, winners will be contacted by phone/email ONLY if total collection of WON items totals $50 or more AND phone/email are provided on bidding forms.

PAWfest PASSPORTS
Pick up your Passport to be entered to win cool prizes!
Don't forget to pick up your PAWfest Passport at our Information Booth when you arrive! Present your Passport to each vendor or rescue group to verify you visited their booth. Return the Passport to the GHS Information Booth by 3:30 pm. Two winners will be drawn from the completed Passports on Saturday, May 15, and each will win a special prize (to be announced). Winners will be notified by phone or email so be sure to fill that out and print clearly on your PAWfest Passport before turning it in.
